At Sukie’s Bridal we want your shopping experience to be as wonderful as possible. Below is some helpful information that may answer your questions about shopping for and ordering your dress.
SHOPPING
BRIDAL GOWNS

To provide you with the best possible customer service, we do require an appointment for Bridal Gown shopping. If you are a walk-in customer we will do our best to accommodate you but we do reccomend an appointment.

We schedule each Bride a 1-hour appointment. Our Bridal Specialists we assist you in selecting and trying on the wedding gowns. They are there to answer any questions you may have about each gown as well as walk you through the shopping process. We don't want any Bride to feel rushed or pressured into purchasing a gown. Let’s face it this is a big decision. If you're having trouble deciding or need more time a second appointment can always be scheduled.

Members of the family are welcome to be a part of your shopping experience. We recommend limiting the number of guest you bring as you may be overwhelmed with who likes what. This is your dress; don’t let too many other guests influence your decision.

Finally, we love your children, however those under 12, (including babies and baby strollers) are not allowed into our Bridal Gown areas. We want you to come relaxed and without distractions to enjoy your shopping time. Also some of our gowns are quite expensive and we want to keep them in pristine condition for the next shopper, accidents may happen with children.
BRIDESMAIDS

No appointment is necessary if you are shopping for Bridesmaid dresses. Our fitting rooms are conveniently located so you may try on bridesmaid dresses at your leisure. We have staff to assist you with any questions you may have.

As with the bride, children are not allowed into our Bridesmaid Dress areas.
PLACING ORDERS

When you’ve made your decision our expert staff will assist you in placing your order. We will take your measurements and consult with you about each specific vendor size chart. We will recommend a size to you based your measurements, vendor specific size charts and our experience, however you may order any size you feel is appropriate for you.

All Gowns/Dresses are ordered in specific sizes closest to your measurements. Most ladies will need some type of alterations once the Gown/Dress arrives. Please note that alterations are not included in the purchase price of the Gown/Dress.
- Out of town Bridesmaids can call in or email us their measurements. We will call them back and can process their order over the phone if it is more convenient.

All Gown/Dress orders will require a 50% deposit. We accept Visa/MC, American Express, Discover or cash. We do not accept checks. Orders and Deposits are non-refundable and non-returnable.

BRIDESMAID DRESSES
FLOWERGIRL / MOTHERS DRESSES

Normal shipping for most of our Flower girl Dresses is about 4 weeks. We do offer select Flower girl Dresses in 2 weeks. For Mothers Dresses normal shipping is about 6-8 weeks, some designers are 10 weeks. Again, some designers do offer rush options for a nominal fee. We recommend ordering your Flower girl / Mothers Dress a minimum of 3-4 months in advance.
ARRIVAL

Once your Gown/Dress arrives we will promptly call you and let you know. The arrival date you were given at the time of ordering is an approximate date. Your order may come in earlier than originally expected based on available production times and shipments from our manufacturers.

When you come in to pick up your Gown/Dress our experienced seamstresses will go over all the alteration details with you and give you a quote of the alteration costs. We do provide professional on-site alterations for our customers or you may have them done elsewhere.

Normally you will only need one fitting for your alterations. Once alterations are complete you will have a final fitting at pick-up time to ensure everything is perfect.
